The old lady next store has multiple felines. Big cats little cats you name it. She had no living kids and her husband had a heart attack at a strip club a few years ago and passed. Long story short I am hoping by being nice i can get written into her will since she has no one else. She had a sweet Cadillac coupe DeVille that has my name written all over it. This means I cut her lawn occasionally lotion her back etc. Usually it drives me to drink. Anyways I got her two of these bad boys over the past year. She loves them they work great. Though with her dementia she tried to use one confusing it for a bed pan... So heads up not so great with human feces in case you were wondering.
I have had my litter robot III connect for about 16 months and its well worth it. i have had 2 issues during this time and the customer service promptly helped me get the unit working again. at one time i had 5 cats using the one litter robot which gave it a workout. i would recommend it to anyone who hates cleaning the litterbox.
From ordering my Litter Robot 3 connect to it being delivered to me in the UK took just 4 working days ! Fantastic ! Make no doubt, this is expensive for what it is, but the build quality really is first class ! A luxury item for any cat owner ???? Had it up and running and my cats using it within 30 minutes. Superb !
Customer service is just a joke. Only Communication available is email. To spend 700 dollars on this box and everything that comes with it , is something I wish I didn't do. The box isn't working after only 7 months. This company needs to have a customer service that can fix and do everything over the phone. I'm ready to get put my 700 dollar paper weight in the trash. I don't have the time to send emails. Or how about even wait for them to get back with me to get it fixed.
I bought a Litter-Robot III via an Amazon seller in 2018. I had been hesitating because they aren’t cheap and it was a major purchase for me, however I took the plunge and so glad I did as it made my life (and my cats) so much easier given I was out at work all day. No more coming home to a full and smelly litter tray. It worked perfectly until this January when it developed a problem that I couldn’t resolve with the normal troubleshooting guide. Couldn’t get in touch with the original seller so I approached the parent company in America for help who put me in touch with an international customer service representative. I cannot praise them enough, they have gone above and beyond to help me and resolve my problem. Customer Service on this scale is sadly not the norm these days, but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again given my recent experience.
The plastic is very thin and flimsy & the globe cracked. There is always some kind of problem that causes it to stop mid cycle. And, the worst part is, that it smells. If I spend five hundred dollars on a litter box, I better not smell it at all. But they put holes in the bottom of the globe and holes in the waste collection drawer. Then they tell you to buy their overpriced carbon filters and it won't smell. But guess what, it still smells.

Terrible customer support. There's nobody to actually reach out to when the thing eventually stops working for help troubleshooting. Mine has now fully stopped working for no apparent reason. I had to send an email out only to get a "we'll get back to you in 2-3 days" for a broken $400 machine! I responded to the email where they told me that they'd schedule FedEx to come and pick the unit up to take it in for repairs. Nobody has responded in two days. I've had to buy a separate litterbox just to tide us over until we can get help and none appears to be coming. I've been trying to call a support line to get ANYONE on the phone and by the sounds of it, there's one person answering all of the calls. What should take minutes to correct over the phone and address takes days due to slow email response and then closing out a ticket if they don't receive an immediate (under two day) response.
Edit: To whoever is responding: that is the standard support email and not a direct email and will go to a repository to get a 2-3 day response. Also, your phone number is now no longer working and hangs up on me when I try and get through to a rep. This customer service and lack of availability to speak with ANYONE to get an issue resolved is abysmal.
Have two litter robots with extended warranty. Purchased less then 1 year ago. Waste of money. Both litter robots do not work. Nearly impossible to reach anyone in customer service. When they do finally reply, they just parrot back the self help guide to you. Ignoring the fact that you listed all the steps you took, in detail, in the first email.
The product is amazing. I, however, insist on one purchasing the warranty with the product. Right now they are overwhelmed with calls and don't return calls. However, when you do get someone on the phone the service is incredible. Mickey W., Senior Product Specialist, was the rep who helped me. The customer service was excellent! I love the product.
